This is a required parameter. 2 types are currently supported, "css" and "js". Specifying files in the get parameter is done without file extensions.
This is an optional parameter, which takes a list delimted by semicolons of files without their extensions to combine and return. If this parameter is omitted will cause all available files of the specified type to be concatenated and returned. This can be convienient, howerver it's always better to specifiy explicity which files to get, as to avoid errors caused by imporpper order of inclusion. If the name of the file ends in .min then it is assumed that the file is already minified, and no further processing is performed. Otherwise, files are minified when possible.
